2015 Ball State Achievements Mobile Application
During the Spring of 2015 I worked with a team to help test, evaluate, and redevelop an application for Ball State students. After creating an official IRP Protocol, interviewing department administrators, and presenting our findings to Frog Baby Apps, we successfully made it easier for admins of the website to add (pending).
Select Equipment Co. Exportation to Brazil
During the Fall of 2014 I worked with a small team of international business majors to develop a plan for exportation for an industrial electric manufacturer. The small company in Kokomo, Indiana wanted to increase their profits by expanding to South America. Our team decided that Brazil was the optimal place to do this and we wrote a strategy that analyzed culture, business practices, and market trends and expectations. We also wrote a competitive analysis and market entry strategy for Select Equipment Co.
